Terms & Conditions

 

General:

 

  1. If you are a beginner or have less than 2 years of experience in rearing this species of bird, please do not get birds from the seller. These birds are bred and reared as competition birds, they require experienced and consistent care.

  2. Upon arrival of the bird, if you expect the bird to perform as what you see in the videos, please do not get birds from the seller. Birds need time to acclimatize to their new environment.

  3. If the bird is in molt in the video or goes into molt before delivery or completes its molt before delivery, the bird may differ in looks. If this is unacceptable to you, please do not get birds from the seller.

  4. There is no life-time warranty but there is limited warranty for the first two weeks.

  5. The seller is not liable to uphold any warranties or provide any compensation or exchange if the buyer mishandles the bird or does not adhere to the recommendations made by the seller concerning care and handling of the bird.

Defects and bad habits:

 

  1. All birds are tested, checked for bad habits and physical defects before they are sold and delivered.

    1. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the bird upon receiving the bird and alert the seller immediately if there are any defects.

    2. In the event of any bad habits, the buyer agrees to work with the seller to determine that the bad habit/s has occurred due to unforeseen/uncontrollable circumstances.

Resolving the problems of defects and bad habits:

  1. In the event that the bird has a defect or a bad habit that is deemed to occur beyond the control of the buyer, the buyer agrees to take two photographs and two videos of the bird within one week of receiving the bird,  send the information to the seller for verification and resolution.

  2. There is no refund but there is an available replacement or exchange for another bird of similar quality.

  3. In the event of a replacement or exchange, the buyer agrees to pay for the transportation fee to send the bird to the seller. The seller will pay for the transportation fee to send the replacement bird to the buyer.

  4. In the event of providing a replacement bird by seller to the buyer, the buyer agrees to rear and care for the first bird well so that it can be returned to the seller in reasonably good condition.
